Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded consisting of a four (4) day/three (3) nights trip to Los Angeles, CA for one (1) Grand Prize Winner and three (3) Guests (the “Trip”). The Trip will include: Round-trip, commercial coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests from an airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport near or in Los Angeles, CA (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); three (3) nights luxury hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guests (two standard rooms, double occupancy) (or other similar hotel, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; a Molly-themed itinerary of activities as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including (all activities listed below are for Grand Prize Winner and Guests unless otherwise indicated):
• Breakfast for four (4) days at the hotel (total cost of breakfasts $594.00 as allocated by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
• Lunch for three (3) days at area restaurants as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (total cost of lunches not to exceed $696.00 as allocated by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
• Dinner and beverages for three (3) nights at area restaurants and venues as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (total cost of dinners not to exceed $2,268.00 as allocated by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
• Trips to Rodeo Drive/Robertson for shopping (Grand Prize Winner and Guests shall be responsible for any and all purchases);
• Tickets to Los Angeles County Museum of Art (or comparable art museum as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
• Gift Certificate for Spa services to area spa as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and
• Tickets to a show at the Music Center or comparable venue as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
All details of Molly-themed itinerary are subject to change and shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize also includes daily chauffeured transportation (twelve (12) hours per day for three (3) days) in a Hybrid SUV for Grand Prize Winner and Guests while in Los Angeles, to locations on Molly-themed itinerary as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; Two Thousand dollars ($2000.00) spending cash for the Grand Prize Winner and Two Thousand dollars ($2000.00) spending cash each for up to three (3) Guests; (form of payment to be determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion); four (4) Starter Wife Weekend Deluxe Getaway Totes (“Deluxe Getaway Tote”) (one (1) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) for each Guest) with Hollywood essentials such as a signature “Molly” clutch, customized “Molly” t-shirt, Blackberry Pink Pearl from Verizon Wireless, makeup set, flat iron, and hipster boy shorts. Sponsor will determine actual prize items in Deluxe Getaway Tote in its sole discretion.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Trip is Thirty Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Six dollars ($33,886).
First Prizes: Twenty-five (25) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Basic Getaway Tote (including items such as a customized “Molly” t-shirt, makeup set, and hipster boy shorts) and a fifty dollar ($50) Chase Freedom pre-paid card. Sponsor will determine actual prize items in Basic Getaway Tote in its sole discretion. The ARV of each Basic Getaway Tote is Six Hundred Ninety Five dollars ($695.00).
Total ARV of the twenty-five (25) Getaway Totes is $17,375.00.
Total ARV of all Prizes is $51,261.
