ONE GRAND PRIZE: A trip for a verified winner and one (1) verified travel guest ("Guest") to New York, NY for a semi–private concert with Alicia Keys ("Grand Prize"). Grand Prize includes: round–trip coach air transportation from a major commercial gateway airport near winner's residence within the United States to New York, NY; three (3) days/two (2) nights of hotel accommodations which includes one (1) hotel room with double occupancy in a deluxe suite at a luxury hotel in New York, NY; roundtrip ground transportation transfers to/from airport/hotel/semi–private concert venue/shopping spree; two (2) tickets for a semi–private concert with Alicia Keys; one (1) dinner for two (2) to be selected by Sponsor; a one thousand dollar ($1000) gift card to Intermix which includes a personal shopper experience for three (3) hours; and $500 US in spending money payable to the winner in the form of a check. ARV of Grand Prize is $6,000. Should circumstances prevent Alicia Keys from attending the private concert as part of the Grand Prize, or limit this portion of the Grand Prize in any way, winner agrees that the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties will have no obligations other than to deliver the remainder of the Grand Prize. In the case of the winner living within one hundred (100) miles of New York, NY, travel by air will not be awarded and alternate travel arrangements will be made at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary depending on winner's point of travel origin, airfare and hotel fluctuations. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. Airport, airline, hotel accommodations, ground transportation and/or tickets for the Grand Prize are to be selected by Sponsor. All meals, gratuities, luggage fees and other expenses associated with Grand Prize not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules are the winner's responsibility. Sponsor reserves the right to require a confidential background check upon winner selection to confirm eligibility as outlined herein. Further to help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the Sweepstakes will not bring Sponsor or Sweepstakes Parties into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sweepstakes or Sponsor as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All travel must be taken on dates to be specified by Sponsor at the time of winner notification (currently expected to be between 11/19/08 and 11/21/08) or prize will be forfeited. Winner and winner's Guest must travel on same itinerary and no changes can be made to the itinerary once trip is scheduled. Winner and winner's Guest are responsible for obtaining all documents required for travel (e.g., valid government issued ID). A minor may take the trip as a Guest only if the winner is the minor's parent or legal guardian. Winner and/or Guest's participation in any or all activities in connection with the Grand Prize is voluntary. In the event that winner and/or winner's Guest elects not to participate in any or all designated activities for the Grand Prize, winner will be afforded no additional compensation in exchange. A minor going on the trip as the guest of the winner must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
