PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS AND APPROXIMATE ODDS OF WINNING: EIGHT (8) GRAND PRIZES: a Vespa LX 50, (“Vehicle”), approximate retail value (“ARV”): $3,299.00. Total ARV of Vespa prizes: $26,392. All Grand Prize Winners will be responsible for any additional costs associated with the Vehicle, including without limitation title, tax, license, PDI (pre-destination inspection), registration, shipping, insurance, and any additional accessories and options as agreed to between winner and the authorized Vespa USA dealership location at which the vehicle will be delivered, as determined by Piaggio Group Americas, Inc., (“Piaggio”) in its sole discretion.

Eighty (80) First Prizes: a Specialized Hardrock® bicycle. ARV of each: $420.00. Total ARV of bicycle prizes: $33,600.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $59,992.00. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Limit one (1) prize per entrant per week. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable value. No transfer or substitution of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor. The number of eligible entries will determine odds of winning. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of entries are received. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners.

WEEKLY DRAWINGS: Eighty-eight (88) prize winners will be selected in random drawings for each of the eight (8) Weekly Entry Pools to be held per the Drawing and Prize Schedule below from among all eligible entries received for each Entry Pool’s drawing period by Administrator, an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Each Entry Pool’s drawing will award one (1) Grand Prize winner, and ten (10) First Prize winners. Non-winning entries for any drawing period will be carried over to subsequent weekly drawings. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received for each Weekly Entry Pool. Administrator will notify weekly winners by email, telephone, postal mail, and/or express mail on or about the date set forth in the Drawing and Prize Schedule below. Limit one prize per person/household per week.
