AXE DARK TEMPTATION WIN THE SWEET LIFE

Grand Prize (1): The AXE Chocolate Card which includes: $25,000 cash, awarded as a check, ten (10) $50 gift cards from GameStop, one (1) trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California and one (1) trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada. Both trips are three (3) days/two (2) nights, include round-trip coach air transportation from the major United States airport nearest to winner's home to destination city and hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy at Sponsor's discretion). The Los Angeles trip includes two (2) courtside seats to a Sponsor-selected basketball game in Los Angeles, transportation to/from the game, and a $40.00 per day allowance while in Los Angeles, CA. All travel to Los Angeles must be completed on dates specified by the Sponsor. The trip to Las Vegas includes: VIP Access to Palms Hotel and Casino. Admission into the Palms Casino is subject to additional restrictions set forth by the Palms Casino. If winner does not meet Palms Casino requisites/requirements that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. All travel to Las Vegas must be taken within one year of winner notification. Gift card subject to expiration date and additional restrictions may apply. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $40,500.00. First Prize (1): A Wardrobe Shopping Spree inspired by GQ with a Sponsor-selected personal shopper. The ARV of the First Prize is $10,000.00.

Second Prize (3): A Live Nation VIP Experience which includes two (2) VIP club passes, two (2) premium seats to a venue, venue facility tour prior to the start of the venue, preferred parking and a $50 Gift Certificate for the merchandise area. Winner's choice of venue is limited by Live Nation. The arena/venue will be decided by the Sponsor based on the location of the winner and the availability of the venue. Transportation to/from the selected arena/venue is not included with the prize. The ARV of each Second Prize is $5,000.00.

Third Prize (5): An Apple MacBook®. The ARV of each Third Prize is $1,500.00.

Fourth Prize (20): An 80GB Apple iPod® classic. The ARV of each Fourth Prize is $300.00.
