There will be fifty (50) prizes (“Prizes”) awarded, each consisting of the following: One (1) Flip Video Camcorder, one (1) soft carrying pouch, one (1) wrist strap, one (1) Flip Video TV cable, two (2) AA batteries, and one (1) Flip Video Quickstart Guide (exact color, make, model and accessories of Flip Video Camcorder to be determined by Sponsors at their sole discretion). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the each Prize is one hundred and twenty-nine dollars ($129).
Total ARV of all Prizes is six thousand, four hundred and fifty dollars ($6,450).
